Your main barista is a blessing to your franchise, and the coffee is always spot on, if mistakes are made this is okay as it's always rectified to the best ability. The toasties are really delicious too, I even find they are the best in the area (don't tell on me!). To the reviews who complain about the wait, unfortunately life just happens that way and coincidentally you may wait at peak times more than others, me I'm happy to wait as the service is always great.
